WEDANG RONDE
Material:
- Glutinous flour 250 grams.
- Ginger 1 pcs., Crushed.
- 2 stalk lemongrass, crushed.
- Skinless roasted peanuts.
- Water 1 lt.
- Sugar to taste.
Make wedang: Boil water with sugar, lemongrass and ginger to a boil, turn off the heat.
Knead flour with warm boiled water little by little until dough can be formed.
